Sometimes it is easier to show how you feel. So, I chose objects around me that represented the experience around my mental health journey.
sometimes it’s felt musical, i’ve wanted to sing how i felt but scared no one would listen
when I feel overwhelmed and anxious, i clean to make myself present and gain control of my surroundings
the first time i experienced an anxiety attack, it felt like i was in someone else’s reality
sometimes i have felt small in places where my voice is welcomed and encouraged
