Safe Spaces

by share

Safe Spaces.

The curse of looking for safety outside of yourself.

An end where the only place to turn is yourself.

Before I was interested in why I wasn’t fitting in.

Now what excites me is the idea that I get to grow if I invest in myself. How I will grow? Where will I bend? How will I wrap?

Like A Vine

Adapt.

Adapting to it’s environment, aware of its functions,

of its needs.

It’s time to remember me.

A poem:

Safe Spaces:

You tried to play with the matrix and

now you’re demanding a safe space.

don’t ask for space from space.

In You, that’s its place.

In you the Universe.

Outside of you More Universe.

Man kind, the mad kind.

The obsessive, compulsive, sick in love kind.

unaware of its own kind,

Child,

let the planets align.

Let them take you for a ride.

How will there be growth if there is not struggle?

How will you know peace without chaos and

wisdom without ignorance?

Be gentle with yourself.

Here we are, in time.

for some time.

You are a seed.

You ask for space? That’s where you’ll find it. Up and out of that shell.

But first you must crack through it.

You’re cracking through it.

Stay still.

Breathe.
