FREE YOUR FEELS
Free Your Feels is a youth mental health campaign designed to encourage the youth of Georgia to express their true feelings with peers, adult caregivers, teachers, and, most importantly, themselves. Launched in 2020 by Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) and Voices for Georgia’s Children, and community partners like VOX ATL, Ser Familia, and Silence the Shame, the campaign offers free educational resources, media content, and links to mental health supports to encourage Georgia’s youth to voice their real feelings and get help when they need it.

FREE YOUR FEELS GUIDED JOURNAL
Free Your Feels is a guided journal created by VOX ATL to give teens a safe, honest space to express what they’re really feeling—without judgment, filters, or pressure to have it all figured out. Designed by and for young people, the journal uses thoughtful prompts, reflection exercises, and creative writing activities to help teens process emotions, navigate stress, and make sense of the world around them.
