Where Teens Speak and Atlanta Listens

Poetry @ VOX ATL

Poetry @ VOX ATL is our space for teens to unleash their voices through poetry and spoken word.

VOX ATL serves as a home for youth poets and creative teens throughout metro Atlanta. Programming is developed for all teens, including those who may be seasoned poets or those just beginning their writing journey.

We are proud to publish teens’ original poetry and host the Atlanta Youth Poet Laureate program, empowering young poets to share their voices.

For questions about the poetry program, contact VOX ATL Media Education Coordinator, brooke@voxatl.org.

Book A Teen Poet For Your Next Event

There’s nothing quite like hearing a young person speak their truth in a room full of people. VOX ATL’s teen poets bring original, powerful spoken word performances to events, conferences, panels, and celebrations.

Whether you’re opening a community gathering, setting the tone for a corporate event, or looking for a meaningful moment at your next school or organizational function, a VOX ATL teen poet delivers something no other keynote speaker can: a performance that moves the room and lingers through the mind.

VOX ATL is home to Metro Atlanta’s Youth Poet Laureate Program!
