The AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5k Run, produced by AID Atlanta, celebrates its 25th anniversary on Oct. 18. This “rain or shine” event is one of Atlanta’s largest social gatherings held each year, with more than 5,000 walkers and runners coming out to join the journey on the road to find a cure for AIDS.
