VOX ATL Teen Survey

We’re Listening!

VOX ATL’s mobile-friendly, teen-informed survey helps adults who care about youth better understand teens’ wants and needs, and the data helps VOX ATL know what kind of content teens want.

The latest data: GA youth ages 12-20 – please take the 2023 Teen Survey

With input from our community partners about what they’d like hear from youth this year, this survey launched June 30 and will be open until Sept 1. This will give us a chance to hear from teens around summer programming and learning as well! Please share the survey link with all youth in Georgia! bit.ly/voxsurvey2023

Thanks to Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities for supporting this statewide reach to hear from youth about how they experience mental health today!

Survey background:

This annual survey provides young people’s insights and perspectives to inform adults who work with and care about youth — and to inform VOX ATL’s next year of projects and coverage topics:

  • What do teens need?
  • Where are teens spending time outside of school?
  • How do teens like to communicate?
  • Where do teens feel valued?
  • How do teens experience mental health resources?

VOX ATL created the Atlanta Teen Survey in 2015 to fill an information gap about out-of-school-time and other needs from their own perspectives.
