Beauty Secrets for Clear Skin

Obtaining clear skin, believe it or not, is not difficult. You don’t need to buy expensive products from infomercials or buy makeup to cover blemishes on your skin. Instead, you can use what’s in your cabinets and refrigerators at home to achieve those skin goals.

I want to share a few tips that I have tried and was very satisfied with. My skin became clearer, cleaner, and I had the most amazing glow.

The main thing, and I’m sure you know this, is to drink water. I’m not going to tell you to drink eight bottles every day because I can barely do that. I will advise you to drink a good amount of water every day consistently (you can figure out how much water your body needs here). Water not only helps you achieve clear, glowing skin but it also flushes all of the toxins out of your body. As young people, drinking water is extremely important.

For those unwanted dark spots on our skin, I have two ingredients that can easily cure that: honey and lemons. Whether it’s on your face, underarms, or anywhere this will help. You can combine the two together or separate them.

Honey gives a satisfying glow when used regularly. All you have to do is pour some in a small bowl, warm it up for about 15 seconds, then apply it (thickly or lightly) to the face. Make sure you smooth it evenly over your skin. Leave the honey on there for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse it off with warm water. Overtime you will have glowing and clear skin.

Lemons have many wonders. They help with acne, blackheads, oily skin, and overall natural cleansers. Lemons work best in the tub; just like drinking water, baths help your skin and get the toxins out of your body. As your body soaks in the tub, your pores open and that allows the water to go in and clean out those toxins. Adding lemons to this equation will just add an overall cleansing of the skin and take away those dark spots.

Both honey and lemons work together as well. All you have to do is add honey on top of a lemon and rub it on your face in circular motions. Then let it sit for 10 to 20 minutes. This also cleanses the skin while giving you a natural glow.

Do this every day for a few weeks, and you will begin to see results. My advice would be to take a lemon bath and while your skin still has moisture from your bath, exfoliate with the lemon and honey.
