Participation in VOX ATL’s out-of-school-time programming is free to all metro Atlanta teens (ages 13-19) residing in DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Clayton, and Cobb counties. To participate, teens can fill out the registration form below.

Program Sign-Up
Journalism Fellowship – Each fall, VOX ATL hosts the Atlanta Teen Voices Journalism Fellowship. It’s a 12-week immersive program that focuses on core journalism and content creation skills. Participants in the Journalism Fellowship will have opportunities to develop their skills in reporting, writing, video production, podcast production, interviewing, and more. Teens who complete the Journalism Fellowship by attending fellowship meetings, publishing three media pieces, and having an interest or curiosity in exploring their voice through creating content are eligible for a $500 stipend. VOX Studios – At VOX Studios, you don’t just create content; you can gain real work experience and collaborate with real brands to tell their stories. Whether you’re into videos, podcasts, or writing VOX Studios is for you to learn how to craft your story, film and edit, and manage projects for clients — and best of all, you get paid. Don’t have time for a full program? Become a Contributor! – As a VOX ATL Contributor, you can create content that matters to you and your peers. This role is flexible, allowing you to engage as your schedule permits. After orientation, you can pitch stories, attend hybrid publishing meetings, and attend events that work for you.
