At North Atlanta High School, students are speaking candidly about what it’s really like to be a teenager right now. Between heavy workloads, social pressure, and the constant push to plan for the future, many say stress has become part of daily life. In this video, they share how they’re coping — and what they wish adults better understood about teen mental health.
