VOX ATL Journalism Fellowship Intern

Journalism Fellowship – Unlike a traditional journalism internship, VOX ATL’s journalism internships offer the opportunity for teens and near peers to put theory into practice. Instead of shadowing or running errands, interns report, write, edit, and publish real stories — learning the craft by doing the work, alongside adult staff guides who regard them as working journalists.

VOX ATL Studios Intern

VOX ATL Leadership Teen Intern

Leadership Accelerator – Interns will have the opportunity to co-create curriculum, facilitate Leadership Accelerator workshops, support program evaluation, create a welcoming VOXy environment, connect with and engage fellows, and continue to develop their own professional leadership skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a project from start to finish and is looking to hone their leadership skills while providing mentorship and support to others doing the same.

VOX ATL Social Media and Communications Teen Intern

Social Media and Communications – VOX ATL is seeking a creative and motivated Communications intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support managing and enhancing VOX ATL’s online presence through social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing communication strategies to amplify the organization’s impact. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to continue to develop their skills, build a portfolio, and while supporting other VOXers’ work.

VOX ATL Community Engagement Near-Peer Intern

Community Engagement – Interns will have the opportunity to capture media at community events, support the planning and promotion of VOX ATL’s Teen Survey, and continue to develop their professional leadership skills. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in community outreach, communications, marketing, event planning and coordination, and improving their facilitation and public speaking skills. This role is also great for those who enjoy working collaboratively in an intergenerational environment, modeling youth-adult power-sharing while advancing teen leadership in the community.

VOX ATL Special Projects Near-Peer Intern

Special Projects – Intern supports three of VOX ATL’s high-priority initiatives: the Free Your Feels Mental Health Campaign, the VOX Online Platform (powered by Mighty Networks), and the administration of the 2026 VOX Teen Survey. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, community-minded, and passionate about youth voice and digital engagement.

VOX ATL Data Management Near-PeerIntern

Data Managment – This position supports the integrity and day-to-day maintenance of VOX ATL’s core data systems, including our constituent relationship management (CRM) database, alumni records, and digital media file library. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role. You will work directly with the Program Director and staff to keep our data clean, organized, and accessible so that the team can focus on the work that serves teens. If you are someone who finds satisfaction in structure, enjoys solving organizational problems, and wants meaningful nonprofit experience, this role is for you.
