Atlanta’s Fourth Ward Skatepark Offers Playground, Athletic Field
The Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark is the first of its kind and one of Atlanta’s many hidden treasures. Tucked alongside the Atlanta BeltLine, the park is not only home to a skatepark, but also a multi-use athletic field and a playground. This park holds so much meaning to its daily visitors and Tony Hawk (who contributed $25,000 towards the construction of the skatepark). During my trek to the Fourth Ward Skatepark, I took some photos to highlight the beauty this hidden treasure holds.
